Successful integration of WebKlient portal with Payment Gateway

Internet portal WebKlient, serving for the insurance company's clients, was integrated with the AEGON's own payment gateway. The clients now have an opportunity to use simple online electronic payment right after logging into their accounts. New service covers payments of ordinary and extraordinary premiums, as well as arrears on life or non-life insurance. According to AEGON, the use of it started immediately the next day: "We already have some payments through the WebKlient :-)".

Entries in the register of pension insurance electronically

The Social Insurance Agency in Slovakia continues to develop the system of Electronic Data Collection (EZU). Employers can send their sheets of pension insurance in an electronic form from 4 January 2016 and about 70 % of them already use this possibility. There is no need to visit office personally but several benefits are provided to users like on-line visibility of sent documents, input data control, printing functions and more.

EZU in Social Insurance again with more than 6 million documents

Electronic data collection (EZU) made another new record for the number of documents processed in the Social Insurance Agency. 6,312,260 documents were received through EZU from January to December 2015, such as registration papers for employers and employees, premium statements, and other types of documents. Company portals from F4S can handle a much larger amount of data with a variable load distribution while improving company's communication towards its employees, clients or partners.

Successful integration of process system with company portal

F4S completed integration of the 2 among several its systems implemented in AEGON company. Documents processed through the P4P-DMS are automatically made available now in the WebAgent portal as well. Both internal and external staff agents access full client and contract documentation more effectively while meeting high safety requirements. Following on from the document management we expect new connections of systems and  functional areas could arise.

Electronic data collection (EZU) made another record for the number of documents processed in the Social Insurance Agency (SP). 6,002,932 documents were received through EZU from January to December 2014, representing the largest annual volume since the launch of the SP's electronic services. Company portals from F4S are able to handle a much larger amount of data with a variable load distribution while improving company's communication towards its employees, clients or partners.

F4S succeeded in a public procurement as a supplier of maintenance, technical support and development services related to information system of Social Insurance in Slovakia. The Electronic Data Collection (EZU) is a part of the environment that keeps communication of the Insurance with its clients - insurees, employers and cooperating institutions. The provision of the services will be carried out in cooperation with EMM s.r.o. being our long term partner.

Better overview of transactions in supplementary pension scheme

The portal "STABILITA Portal" operated by the complementary pension scheme provider STABULITA d.d.s., a.s.  received new functionalities. The clients are displayed detailed information on all transactions - contributions and pension payouts booked on their individual accounts. Both pension savers and beneficiaries receive a detailed overview on transactions and balances of their complementary pension accounts. Statements can also be downloaded and printed. "STABILITA Portal" is maintained and further developed by Factory 4 Solutions, see more in REFERENCES.

EZU with a record number of submissions in Social Insurance

Electronic Data Collection (EZU) made new record in the number of electronic submissions received in June 2014. During a single month 509,000 documents were submitted to the Social Insurance Agency, representing the largest monthly volume that has been achieved since the launch of EZU services into operation. Company Portals from F4S are able to process a much larger amount of data and documents with variable load while improving company's communication towards its clients or business partners.
